You do not have to force yourself to drink half a gallon of water a day, or half your weight in ounces, or an 8-ounce glass of water for every glass of other fluid you drink. Drink to thirst, and replace sugar-sweetened beverages with water or other unsweetened beverages. If you're sweating, drink a little more.0 - 
            I don't think I have this problem. I have upped my water and now try to drink at least 120 ounces a day. Since I've upped it I've noticed a huge positive change with less bloating or water retention and feel a little more energized. However I do not like all the time I spend in the restroom lol0
