I am new here and need and want to lose 40 lbs in about 2 months. or get below 33 %body fat. i have already changed my eatting habits and been trying to workout. i been doing the WII sports and a friend is mailing me a copy of the zumba dvd. does anyone have any other workouts that i could do on my own.

    Hi Newbie!

    My name is Ferbe and I'm kinda new myself. I recently purchased a pilates machine and it is GREAT! The only thing is my son works out on it more than I do and he has it at a much higher incline than I can tolerate and sometimes it's a hassle to put on a lower level. It's a lil pricey but the Joe Weider workout machine is just as good and psst..it's atleast 50 bucks cheaper. Happy dieting and glad to make your acquaintance.
