Hi! My name is Tamara and I'm 28, 5'5 and 157lbs. I'm trying for the umpteenth time to reduce body fat and gain lean muscle. I'm not caught up with the number on the scale. I just want to feel good and enjoy shopping again! Dressing rooms are seriously depressing now lol I'm officially going to start on Feb. 15th. I'll have to think of "realistic" short term goals. Feel free to give me any suggestions and wish me luck!

Be realistic with yourself and find activities that motivate you; biking- join a spin class, running - find friends that you can job/run with or rollerblading. Find music for weight lifting that will keep your motivation going and keeps you enthused. Good luck, you got this.1
