Well, today I weighed myself and I am happy to say that I have attained my goal! I started my journey 6 months ago and have lost 40.4 lbs! I now weigh 159.6lbs. My journey does not stop here though. Oh no! I now need to figure out how to maintain this weight for LIFE! Here are a few before and after pics. I hope I can be an inspiration like so many of you have been to me!
