Hi just looking for some tips to loose weigh. What should I do? I been exercising for a whole month and haven't lost a pound. It's very disappointing. I need some tips please.

Are you weighing your food, or using measuring cups? Weigh everything!

This. I've learned it's really important to weigh and measure food.

I went to the gym for a year and never lost a pound. I had to log my calories and the weight come off along with my gym.

Common mistakes & stuff to do:
    • weight all your meals
    • don't over estimate your workout calories
    • eat lean meat & veggies, that way you don't binge feeling hungry
    • stay in caloric deficit consistently over a few weeks. Your weight will fluctuate a lot with water retention.
