Challenge for Wednesday is to do 150 jumping jacks

    Wow.. I thought this would be easy. Until I started and got like a 1/3 of the way through. Challenging! Thanks for a quick pick off the couch!

    Funny story, I did 100 yesterday in celebration of my FB page getting 100 likes (www.facebook.com/FatChickFedUp). Today, a fellow weight-loss blogger got to 1000 likes on her page and I jokingly challenged her to do 1000 jumping jacks and she is doing it over the course of this week! She did 300 today! Glad to hear there are so many benefits. I thought I was going to die yesterday!

    (BTW, I love knowing about the daily challeneges the day before...because sometimes I don't get to check MFP until nighttime, and by then it's too late to start the challenge.)

    rmhand, we decided to go with reverse crunches for Thursday but we can do lunges on Friday!!! Great idea!~!!
