Use this app! It truly helps to track everything that you eat. If you can, get rid of all junk food in your home and find some lower calorie foods that you will enjoy. I like fruit and I now eat it with every meal and for snacks. Also don't jump into an exercise regiment right away. Focus on getting healthy eating habits 1st (at least for the 1st month). When you do start exercising, start very slow and make it very easy. Your 1st goal with exercise is to make it a habit. If that means only walking to the end of the driveway, that's okay. As long as you do it consistently and you set goals for eventually making it more challenging. The hardest thing is staying committed. Make a promise to someone that you love and every time you feel like cheating or skipping an exercise, ask yourself "do I want to break my promise to this person?" Have a cheat day where you can eat a little less healthy. That way when you crave McDonald's on a Thursday, you can tell yourself, "I can eat that on my cheat day, if I still crave it." Set realistic goals and track your progress on the app. Don't try diets just use the app to help create a calorie deficit. The pounds will come off

so, what do you want to achieve, and how do you want to achieve it?
Most important is to set realistic goals.
