    I just tried a new one this morning. 8 oz chilled coffee, ice cubes, vanilla protein powder and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Next time I will add a little bit of almond milk or skim milk. Iced Protein Coffee!!! YUMMY!!!

    I drink less smoothies in the winter cause I hate the cold, but...
    Cucumber and Pineapple together is really good, add whatever milk/water you prefer, I add frozen spinach instead of ice
    I had cookies and cream protein powder this morning with a banana and almond milk
    If you are craving a treat, something ice cream-like, a frozen banana, 2 tbsp. natural pb, 1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder and almond milk to the consistency you want...it is so tasty!

    Dark Chocolate Cherry Smoothie
    1 c. baby spinach
    1/2 frozen banana
    1/2 c. frozen sweet cherries
    8 oz liquid (I use half milk half water)
    1 scoop chocolate protein powder
    1 tsp unsweetened dark cocoa or cacao powder
    1 TB ground flaxseed meal (optional)
    dash of cinnamon and a splash of vanilla or almond extract (optional)
