Hello everyone. My name is Stephanie. I am new to the online weight loss thing. I will be honest, I am not very good at this stuff. Ive never really struggled with my weight. I have gained over 60 lbs due to an anxiety medication I was put on over a year ago. I have since tapered off the medication, but here I am with all this extra weight to get off. So, any help or advice would be awesome!!

Main thing to remember is not to obsess. The basics are pretty straight forward. Calories in verse calories out. The hard part is the motivation, but that's what we are all here for.

Welcome! Record everything that you eat, drink lots of water, use a food scale to weigh your food, exercise if you can and be patient
