Recently injured my knee

Hi,

I recently injured my knee and am on Dr's orders to stay off it for around another week or so. Any ideas for workouts where I can stay seated?

    shadow boxing... standing or seated (which ever you can tolerate). It may not seem like much but I bet you'll sweat after 5-10 mins! Good luck!

    I don't remember what the machine is called, but you're peddling your arms like you would a bike. This helps keep your heart rate up.
