Anyone else have those last 10lb to lose?

Starting tomorrow I am going hard core to get off these last 10lbs. My plan is
calorie counting (1,200 a day)
lots of water
running 3x a week (I am training for a half marathon that is in Sept)
30 Day Shred on the days I am not running

Anyone want to join me?

    I'm not allowed to go down that low calorie wise..but my plan is 1500-1600
    Sunday: Zumba
    Weight Lifting Classes

    Monday Circuit Class

    Wednesday Boot Camp


    Thursday Boot Camp
    Elliptical

    Friday Zumba

    Saturday Boot Camp
    2 Zumba Classes

    I've heard you should actually be eating MORE that close to goal. I have 10lbs and my calorie deficit is 250 cals / day or 0.5lbs per week. I also eat all my exercise calories.

    Going that low when you are so close will just make your body hold on to everything it has. MFP is smart. Tell it a lbs loss goal (should be no more than 1lb/ week) then eat the calories it recommends including exercise.

    I'm 11 lb away! Though I may be happy at 10 lb, depending on my % body fat. :smile:

    I eat about 1600-2000 a day, though, depending on my exercise. My running really suffers if I cut my cals down too low!

    Add me if you like! I've got my first 10K at the end of the month, and will be doing my first half in either October or February.
