I know my numbers but I cannot put together a meal plan that seems to hit them all. Please help!

    I am trying to work out the same thing, I've never worried about food before. What are your macros? Is it what MFP automatically gives you or did you work them out for your own special needs!

    yes - I've been to eat this much, but it just gives a range, not really exact macros. I worked them out through math

    Without knowing your target macros and dietary limitations itd be a stab in the dark

    Your setup is a moderate split which corresponds to normal eating. This means that you can eat normal meals made up of normal foods. Have some bread, meat, fish, milk, fruit and vegetables, eggs, nuts. Anything you like. The thing is that you don't have to hit your macros spot on. They are only meant as a guidance to get in proper nutrition. What have you been eating? How far off are you?

    I'd focus on one macro first (protein) and get it dialed in; then fat - they seem to be the 2 hardest for me
