Eating late at night

Hi peeps. Looking for friends in the uk. I've been on here for years but never ventured into the community.
Do you think it affects weight loss if you eat at 9pm of an evening? I attend Boxercise classes but I can't eat for about 3 hours before as I get bad cramps and stitches so I eat afterwards. Problem is the classes have changed to 7pm so I don't eat till nearly 9pm? Do you think it matters?

If you don't have digestion issues, eating late at night shouldn't be a problem: the only thing that matters is the amount of calories in a day. In my country (Italy) having dinner at 9 or later is the norm for many people and nothing bad happens!2

That's great thanks. Yeah I'm generally sticking to the calorie intake I should be having. Thanks1

I routinely don't eat until 9pm because of my schedule - no issues0

I would say 9pm is ok but don't go to bed until 2 hours after you've eaten or digestion will keep you awake. And not getting good sleep will hamper your weight loss efforts. Good luck.0
