Does anyone have a suggestion for a good tasting protein shake? I hate when they taste chalky or like medicine!! Need some real suggestions here bc I am determined to do well with my new life style change of eating better. Help!!

I'm partial to two different Garden of Life products, SPORT Organic Plant-Based Protein and RAW Organic Protein both in the Chocolate flavor. I mix it with vanilla almond milk and occasionally add a small amount of dark chocolate syrup after workouts for energy recovery. I just use a blender bottle and it mixes well.

You can buy it in single packets (for a high unit cost) if you just want to try it without committing to a large container. I did that once to try the Vanilla Spiced Chai flavor, which I found to be very distasteful, IMO, so I'm glad I didn't buy a large amount.

Isagenix has great tasting shakes. No chalky taste in site and they have a money back guarantee which is good just in case a person doesn't like them.

My go-to's have been Body Nutrition Trutein and PEScience Select proteins. Love the taste of them.

I like SIS Vanilla Whey Protein, I find it's not as 'artificial sweetnener' tasting as some others I've tried. PHD Diet Whey Vanilla tastes awfully chemically and over sweet.
If you like coffee then Twist Drinks do an espresso flavour which is nice and it has caffeine in to give you a boost. Again it is quite artificially sweet to my taste though.

Isopure Whey Isolate is unflavored, so you can mix it with anything...chocolate milk and coffee are my favorite combos with it :)

Hubby and I are quite liking Pierce LeanWhey. It cost a little extra but maybe the blend is finer.
For 33g you get 24g of protein. It has Stevia and vanilla flavours.

Another vote for PEScience.. it's by far the best tasting protein shake I've tried, and sometimes I feel like I've tried everything. Any of their flavors really.

If you're using a blender I have a recipe that tastes like an orange Julius. 2 scoops EAS lean 15 vanilla cream protein powder, 12 ice cubes and 8 oz water, 1 banana, scoop of frozen OJ concentrate.

They are an easy to prepare means of increasing protein in your diet. If you count macros and don't eat enough meat or other protein rich foods they are helpful, if not no need to drink it.

Sun Warrior Warrior Blend if you want plant based proteins. The flavor is good but you do want to mix them really well. For straight up good taste I like the Slimquick Pure and Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein. Hubby digs the chocolate peanut butter flavor

Quest. All the flavors. They bake the best too instead of flour. Website has lots of ideas. The bars are not my favorite because I don't like bars but the shakes and protein chips.

Because i struggle to get enough protein without them. I don't drink them in a shaker bottle with water. I make yummy desserts and smoothies with protein powder. I use a chocolate /peanut butter flavour, and every mouthful is a sweet delicious treat with better macros and calories than regular dessert.
