Tips on losing weight while dealing with migraines

I try to make smaller portions but that triggers hunger pangs and can bring on a migraine if I don't eat enough.

    It sounds like consulting your doctor would be a good place to start. Although I do empathize with the migraine situation. I have had them and also have family members who have them more often and more seriously. Hugs. :)

    Most people would experience headaches and migraine symptoms if they don't eat enough, depending on your interpretation of 'enough', this could be entirely normal.

    How many calories are you eating? Are you eating back any of those burnt from activity? How are your macros? How's your hydration?
