Looking for some more friends that are active on here. It seems I am the only person trying to get healthy and fit in my area of Eastern Ohio! Many of my friends talk about wanting to work out but yet when the time comes it never happens. :neutral:

    Hi Carolyn my name is Heather. I'm an Ohio girl, born and raised in Toledo, Ohio now living in Connecticut. I'd love to connect and help motivate you... I can use it myself from time to time. I workout 5 days a week and use MFP and my Fitbit for everything.
