Lower body is just as important. Youtube bodyweight workouts but don't skimp on the legs. Nothing is more impressive than having two meaty quads when walking around shorts.0

bodybuilding.com has quite few, pushup at different angles, work different parts of the chest, pullups at different angle can work the upper back and shoulders. if you dont have a pull up bar head to your local kids park. most have something you can do pullups on. Dips can help arms and can be done on chairs or ktchen countet in a corner works well. Do one leg squats for a real challenege. There are lots more, the best is to go to failure (until you absolutely couldnt do one more then do one more) then rest for 90 seconds and do it again.
hope this helps

Calisthenics employ body weight, eg push ups, pull ups, body squats in various forms, hand stand press up...starting to sound a bit cross-fitsbo lol.

Yes I can do Calisthenics, I actually want to go on American Ninja Warrior some day so it'll help me tremediously with balance strength etc

Buy a TRX (or the equivalent ripoff I bought at Aldi) for $15. Or get a set of rings. Inverted Rows, push-ups, pull-ups, etc1
