Biggest Loser Challenge

I am starting a Biggest Loser challenge for May 1st till June 1st. So far I have 12 people from the last challenge.

This challenge will be a little different. I am forming teams of 2 and all teams will be colors. To limit favorites, you just need to sign up and I will choose team colors.

If you would like to join with a friend and that be your team, please email me and let me know. Otherwise, if you have no preference, I will draw random names out of a hat and that will be your teammate.

There will be no eliminations, but there will be daily questions about fitness and exercise. The team that answers the most questions right for the week will get a .5 lbs. of their weekly weigh in. It doesn’t seem like a lot, but come on! It’s better than nothing. Also there will be a prize for the final Biggest Loser at the end of the month. In order to ensure all honestly, May 1st I will need a pic of the scale to show your starting weight. I will not need another picture until the final weigh in on June 1st. You can do this challenge without competing for the prize, but I figure it will make you work harder and keep you on track. Also there will be daily challenges. You do not have to do them, but it’s very simple things like drinking water and getting a workout.

So if you would like to join please email me. After May 1st at 12 am central time, all emails will be ignored, so please get your request in. If you miss the joining, add me as a friend. I am VERY sure there will be another challenge for June 1st to July 1st.
