Just started my work out won't to get from 250 to 170 how can I do that and loss the wight. Need help

    Most important is your calorie deficit. Make sure your MFP stats are set up appropriately, weigh and log your food accurately and aim to hit the number MFP gives you.

    Absolutely,create a calorie deficit which can be adjusted as you lose weight. Drink plenty of water and burn off more calories.
