Besides MFP I could not keep my walk going as long without Fit Radio....great workout music!

    Butt Workout, Ab Workout, and Arm Workout.
    They're all free apps for my iPod.
    Just a quick 5-minute workout, but it's hard to say no to something so quick and easy.
    They make me get up and move when I have nothing better to do. [;

    Pandora and RunHelper's Couch to 5k app! Also, for health success I downloaded a heart rate monitor to track resting heart rate.

    Runkeeper (gps exercise app)... I love to look back over my past activities and see how many miles I've covered... and now they've partnered with earndit.com which motivates me to move even more bc I earn points for free stuff.

    MFP is the best!!!!

    -Then I use Runkeeper to track my runs. This app is awesome! Lets me know how far I've gone, pace, etc.
    -Listen to music while working out with Jango and Pandora.
    -Use Ultrachron Lite stopwatch for keeping track of time on calisthenics exercises.
    -Use Instant Heart Rate app to periodically check heart rate, its fairly accurate surprisingly (it uses the phones camera/flash to measure heart rate)
