Binge Eating Disorder

Hello everyone,

I was formally diagnosed with Binge Eating Disorder (BED) last year and have been struggling with the disorder for the past 4 years. I have gained 25 lbs from this. Just looking for support and willing to support others who may be dealing with this same problem.

    No official diagnosis here, but I'm too familiar with binges. Working on not doing that!
