had guests staying with us all week and ate out most nights

    That looks bad, but if you have your goal set to 2 pounds/week, then you ate roughly at maintenance for the week. And if your goal was 1 pound/week, then it will take you an extra week to break even.

    You logged it though, a lot of people wouldn't. You can count that as a success and see this as a blip. Have a think about how it could be managed slightly more next time since you don't want to associate having people stay with poor diet control.

    Yep it's just a week. This happens to me every once in a while like if I'm on vacation or something. I just jump back into it when I get back to my routine and any weight I gained comes right off.
