How low do you want it. Natures own I think is only around 130 sodium per slice.0

Ezekiel 4:9 - Low sodium - found in the freezer section of a local health food store - it actually has zero sodium. Has a nutty taste.0

Ezekiel bread is awesome, whole wheat, has protein in it, and I'm pretty sure they make it in a low sodium version as well.
80 calories a slice.0 -
Ezekiel 4:9 bread is made of sprouted grains. It doesn't contain flour and it has as much protein as an egg per slice. 1 piece has 75 mg of sodium. The regular wheat bread I have has 110 mg of sodium per slice. The Ezekiel bread is found in the freezer section. Kroger carries it and so do most health food stores. It is very filling and I can only eat one slice at a time. I hope this helps!0

Ezekiel 4:9 Low Sodium is going to be the lowest of the low but because it has no sodium at all. Some people do not like the taste because it is flour-less. Personally I do but something is closer to regular weight bread but is still sprouted whole wheat bread is Alvarado Street. It comes in at 170mg of sodium but is still way lower than most bread.0

Well, it's gonna be hard to be the Ezekiel 4:9, I think, but Sara Lee 45 Calories & Delightful 100% Whole Wheat Bread With Honey has 160mg for two slices. Pretty tasty, too.0
