Weight fluctuate all the time . Salt holds on to water. Carbs hold onto water.
if you want to have inspiration, weigh yourself, after you work out.

Your weight fluctuates because you're a typical human. Different water-weight retention, different digestive system contents, etc. We have no "one true weight" - any moment is just a snapshot.

Many people say you should weigh only once a week, or even once a month, so you don't see all the crazy ups and downs. That's probably true if you can't help but freak out about them.

Personally, I like weighing myself daily (morning, first thing, birthday suit) - that way I see the fluctuations, and over time I learn what causes them, can anticipate them, and understand how quickly they'll be gone. That approach isn't for everyone, but it works for me.
because fat can only be stored on the body by a calorie surplus above maintenance, 3500 calories = 1 pound of fat, if you look at your logs and you know you didnt eat above maintenance by that much then you consider other factors, sodium, time of the month, very high carbs that day, new workout routine, etc

^^^^ That was good advice. ;)

Take a deep breath, stick to your healthy routine, and soon all of this will sort itself out and become clearer to you.

Wishing you success in accomplishing your goals!
