All I do is think about losing weight. It's constantly on my mind. I feel if I stop thinking about it, I won't succeed. I have tried losing weight to many times to fail this time. All I do all day, when I'm not working is Google weight-loss anything and everything. I'm constantly on the internet watching YouTube success stories and motivation videos tips and tricks, recipes and workouts. It's kind of a hobby. All I do is think about how much better I will feel and look in a few months if all I do is stick with it. All I need is patients.

    I think about when/what/how much I'm going to eat and when/what/how much I'm going to lift constantly. I'm usually hmming and hawing over my body weight/physique as well. Constantly changing my mind between a deficit and maintenance depending on how fat I feel that day.

    When I put it in words it sounds really unhealthy.

    The secret is not to obsess about it. Work out everyday but if u miss a day no big deal. Eat 85 to 90 % clean. Try and eat as good as u can but if u indulge or go out with friends don't worry about. Just start the next day eating good. Less u think about it and the more it just becomes habit the better it will be

    Lol will do. Just sitting here thinking bout it isn't going to make anything happen. it's my bed time tho. Gotta long active day at work tomorrow!

    Patience will definitely be your friend. and google can be your friend and so can the main forums here in MFP. A wealth of knowledge right here in this app..

    There are crazy people on here who plan and pre cook every meal which is nuts so don't go that far
