Calories per day ??

I am female, will be 60 this June, go to 2 high intensity classes per week and 1 kettle hit class, I am 5-5 and weight 11 stone 13 lbs - I keep to 1200 calories per day, is this enough or how many should I eat ?? Thanks

    Did you enter your stats in to the app? You could use you general activity level, then add exercise on top (which will increase your calories on exercise days), or take your exercise in to consideration

    Use MFP. That's what it is here for. Takes the guessing right out of it. :)

    Enter your information.
    Choose sedentary as your activity level.
    Choose the amount you want to lose each week.
    MFP will give you the calories you should eat.

    Log your exercise when you do it.
    Eat about half of those calories back too.
