Heres the thing, Im on 2 weeks of bedrest after surgery and im already going crazy. The need to get up and go exercise or walk or work or do anything even remotely productive has been in me since i started losing this weight. I cant just sit here. I just cant i get anxious and feel the need to go go go and be a productive sexy member of society.
Anyone have any idea of a way i can still feel productive and on track during this?
Im eating at my defecit, Im on the forums here, I figure later i may take a long hot bath maybe do a facial but thats 1 day. I have 13 more. Anyone have any idea how to mentally keep myself busy and productive feeling when i physically cant be?

Crossword puzzles, word searches, a good book ... those are things that can help you mentally0

Get on Duolingo and start learning a new language. Do an art or writing project. Learn to meditate. Read spiritually meaningful material and then meditate/write about it. Read. Binge watch a Netflix series. Call the people you always mean to call and never get around to calling.
Recovering your health is being productive. This is temporary. Take the time to enhance the other aspects of your health that you now have time for.5 -
