Hi, my name is Kristi, I'm 28, I am married (for almost 10yrs) and I have three amazing boys! I am wanting to loose 20 lbs and also tone up! I have the normal trouble areas, like tummy, arms, thighs, butt, exct. so I'm needing help with finding exercises that will help with those. I am also needing motivation as well!
