Firming and toning

Looking for a little advice. Over the last 12 months I have lost about 55 pounds, with about 20 more to go. I just booked a trip to the Dominican republic for my 40th birthday which is 11 weeks away. Can someone give me some suggestions where weights are concerned so I can hopefully firm and tone up my body a little bit? I currently walk on the treadmill at a 10 incline 45 minutes five days a week and lift free weights. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

    Check out you tube. Pop Sugar fitness, Fitness Blender, Jessica Smith are a few. They all have beginner workouts and up depending on your fitness level. Jessica Smith offers workout programs. Also there is HASFIT.
