Does anyone know of a free online beginners yoga website? I know basic yoga, but haven't practiced it.

    YouTube has a channel called Yoga with Adrienne. She is an amazing teacher.

    I use Youtube. I'm partial to Yoga with Adriene but there's an abundance of videos on there.

    I like wai Lana yoga. It's hatha rather than vinyasa. She is really concise and gives the benefits of each pose. Very beautiful videos too. I have the DVDs I love them that much but there is some stuff on you tube. Has Chinese accent but I find it kinda sweet.
