    I started yesterday, too! I don't have a FitBit, but my Apple Watch told me that I burned 174 calories each time. I am so glad to see others starting it, too! Feel free to add me as a friend.

    Did Day 4 of level 1 today! This is my first try on the 30 Day Shred. Took a couple days off between days two and three because I had a weird painful cramp start in my right foot when I held it a certain way, but it's gone now!

    Mostly I burn 150c per each level. Sometime I do all 3 levels in an hour and half burning around 400-500c.

    I stared level 1 a month ago. It still wears me out completely, and I have been doing it 4 days a week. Though I do think I am making a greater effort now. I I plan to go to level 2 after I lose 25 pounds.

    How many calories are all of you logging when you do this? I calculated it at 252 calories according to some website (can't remember which one but it seemed legit) Others say to log it at circuit training. What are you all doing?
