Lately I listen to "workout radio" on pandora. Over time of me thumbing up and down it seems to hit fall out boy, awolnation, imagine dragons, Macklemore, etc. it's all a bit too top 40ish for my taste but I don't really listen to the words when I'm lifting it's more about having driving beats - I prefer rap and hip hop honestly but this station has been a nice change of pace1

I tend to listen to loud and distracting music while running for long periods of time. Things that have sometimes sudden or frequent changes in tune and interesting riffs to distract from my pain or tiredness. System of a Down and Maximum the Hormone, for example, have very energetic and distracting music that I enjoy listening to.0

Lately, I've been listening to Flo-Rida, all their tunage. Most of their "boppy" songs' bpm match my strides per minute on my Arc Trainer. High energy too for weight pulling and pushing! I just loaded all their songs into my MP3 player and hit random.0
