Ive been trying to loose weight for a while now. About 3 years ago i was successful and beem the thinnest I've ever been in my life. That was with the help of a personal trainer and very strict diet.
But now I'm the heaviest I've ever been and still gaining. I keep eating healthy only to stop a week later, same with going to the gym and this has been going on for years and i dont know what to do.

I'm scard my boyfriend is going to find me unattractive. I cry everytime i try clothes on that used to fit me. I don't know what to do. My motivation goes out the window when ever i think of food. I dont know what to do I'm at my wits end. I cant afford another personal trainer and i just hate diets.

Please help.

You need to put your stats in to MFP, get a calorie goal for weight loss (slow and steady will be more sustainable and maintainble than fast losses, usually a result of being overly restrictive)

Then, you eat food to fit those goals. Food you like. Food that satisfies and satiates you. (I like protein, fiber and a bit of fat for that).

Exercise if you can - this will enable you to eat more, and increase fitness, as well as help maintain muscle (if you include resistance training.... Keeping muscle is a good thing!)

Being overweight, sadly, can dampen your self-confidence so much. Apart from that, you also should think about your overall health too.
One thing I can recommend is to not try to lose this weight all at once as most people do. I know, we like seeing results but the important thing is rather the consistency. Nobody lost all that weight in matter or weeks (as you didn't gain them over weeks either) so its gonna take dedication to lose them too.
So set a realistic weekly weight-loss goal of on MFP, your daily calories will depend on this value. Pick the one you can handle, and weigh and log all your food. You will certainly see results.
Don't let a simple thing as weight control your confidence, or personality! You can do it
