I am cooking whole gutted trout tonight. Do I use the raw weight plus bones or the weight once cooked and the fish fillets are free from spine bone and skin? Ive no idea how to work out calories in this !

I'm not sure it matters that much. Trout doesn't have that many calories to begin with, so you aren't going to be off by that much either way. Personally, I would just go with the cooked weight.0
