Hello all,

Does anyone here use Less Mills on demand?
If so, what do you think?
Is it worth the money?

Thinking of getting it since I love Bodycombat and Bodypump but want to hear what others think first :)

    I just signed up for the trial and downloaded the app on my tv through my Firestick. It seems awesome. I have tried a little of the Sh'Bam and some of the combat but looks in line with my DVD set and the classes. I love combat do was stoked to see it is available.

    I think you can do a 10 day free trial so that helps ;)

    I had it for about a year and loved it. Only cancelled recently as concentrating on running. Deffo worth it in my opinion

    My gym does Les Mills virtual classes which I assume is the same thing - they're basically exercise DVDs but on a screen in a big empty room! I've tried a few combat and sh'bam classes and really enjoy them :)

    I do pump on demand and love it! You have the option for 30 min 45 or 55
