No longer technically obese!!!

Checked in today and checked my BMI. No longer obese. Just overweight. And weighing about the same or less than when I quit smoking 3 years ago!!! Good feeling!

    Congratulations! What a fabulous thing you have done. Are you amazed that you no longer smoke? I smoked for 20 yrs, quit 18 yrs ago. I just assumed that I would always smoke, and still today am absolutely amazed that I don't. I also can't believe I ever did. it really is a nasty addiction!

    thanks everyone... and its funny... Can't imagine smoking now. Hardest thing I did. I think my journey now is second, but feeling good to see progress and MOTIVATED!!! Rock on!!
