Feeling tired and burn out

When I've been working out in the yard the last couple of days I feel tired and burnt out after I've been doing it a couple hours am I'm not eating enough calories a 1200 to 1300 a day my weight is 209 if that's not enough should I go up and if I do go up how much thanks for your input

Your profile says you are a male, so 1200 is not nearly enough. Increase your calories to 1800. That's still enough to lose about a pound per week.0
