Pre workout snack and post workout breakfast ideas

Hello all,
I do a 40 minute Zumba workout video at home followed by a 20 minute walk. I get horrible spins and would like some help in what I should have before and after my workout. I'm allergic to eggs a avocado.

    Pre - protein shake and banana, post pretty much whatever you want. I tend to get protein and carb rich foods post workout.

    Coffee & a banana pre.

    Scrambled eggs after with roast chicken.

    Oops, just read the allergic to eggs bit- sorry. Maybe add the chicken to a whole meal wrap?

    The choices are endless really.

    I don't usually have anything before a workout but if I did it would probably just be a banana - just something easy to digest. After I have a spirilina protein smoothie with banana, mango, soya milk, tsp peanut butter and a tsp of honey & some protein powder.

    I usually have a half of an rx bar or a rice cake with a little nut butter and half a banana before workout (with coffee because I don't function without it). Then I have a smoothie bowl or leftover dinner or some meat and raw veggies (or something with eggs which won't help you) and more coffee.
