I will definitely join in this challenge, but since I'm behind, I'll have to play catch up. I believe that today is day four? So tonight I'll do 10 burpees (and then pass out!).0

Well, I had to do day 3 and 4 together yesterday. Boy, did that suck!!! But I just did my day 5 burpees, and my form was a tiny bit better. Plus, it was a bit easier to do them in quick succession. They're still not pretty, I'm still not quick, but I'm happy with the improvement!0

I'm happy to say that doing 5 was much better than the 10 that I did yesterday to catch up! WOW, what's it going to be like toward the end of this!?!?!?!0

Rach!!! Haha I just found this thread too and I am sooooo in... seeing as how I freaking hate burpees. I'm a glutton for punishment.
So today (7/21) is Day 6 and I'll be doing 21 burpees today to "buy in" to the challenge. Why didn't I find this thread yesterday? I'll post back when I finish them all later (to stay accountable).

Ok I did not have a clue what this was. So I searched youtube and found a beginner one. I did one. I hope by the end of this I can do it correct form with a real push up and lose weight!!!!!!0

Unfortunately, I am going to have to pull out of this challenge. I am recovering from a torn hip flexor and the bringing feet to hands movement in a quick way while doing burpees seems to aggrevate my injury. I believe I have the fitness required to do many but injury has put a stop to it. I'll stick check in though. I might be able to just join in later on as my injury gets better. I farkin hate being injured!0
