Hi everyone, I'm Yvonne. I was diagnosed pre-diabetic and u have fighting ever since. My problem is telling myself NO and sticking to it. But im trying again.

    Hi I'm trying again after being off the get fit-weight wagon for 3 yrs & putting on nearly 42lb. Having my 1st holiday abroad in September (I'm 55) & determined to lose at least 40lb by then. If you want a buddy add me. Anyway good luck.
