Two ingredients - Dark Chocolate and Quinoa.
  1. Melt your chocolate.
  2. Toast your quinoa.
  3. Mix Together.
  4. Set in the fridge.
  5. Enjoy.

ZOMG. Delicious. I made mine in little heart-shaped moulds. <3

Planning on making them again with Espresso Dark Chocolate to turn them into little after-dinner treats for guests to have with coffee.

I love this idea. I would add almonds too. I have been buying a similar product that I love, called Curate sea salt decadence and almonds. That have many other flavors too.

I plugged it into the recipe calculator and it said 142cal for 8 servings, how big were your servings roughly? I've got a bag of amaranth I need to use, I figure it will work similar to quinoa (and it pops when you toast it!).
