I need to know how to figure out the percentage of fat protein and carbs for each day.

If you are looking for how many fat calories is 25% of 1200 for example. Then it is a simple 1200 x .25 = 300. Convert your percent to a decimal ... number divided by 100 ... and then multiply. Really simple middle school math.0
