My goal is to lose 120lbs! I will be honest and say I feel over whelmed before I even get started. how did I let this happen to myself How did I let my food take over? But no more I am in charge now and I am determined to lose this weight! Who is with me? I will need all the support and motivation I can get!

Say that to yourself every day and you will do it, its all about changing your life style.0

Take each 1lb at a time, don't over whelm your self.
Slow and steady wins the race. Don't cut out any of the foods you like just make it fit your calories. Make sure you eat a wide variety of nutrient dense food then fill in the calories with what ever you like.
I love a bag of crisps or an ice cream. (UK crisps)0 -

I understand about feeling overwhelmed. Don't look at the big picture, start with a goal of 10 pounds and when you are there, set another goal for another 10 pounds. The more you lose, the more motivated and excited you will be. Be sure to pay attention to every positive change, no matter how small it may be. Those small things keep me motivated. Believe in yourself0
