Difficulty in losing weight

Hi,
I have been following the MFP programme for the past 10 weeks and I have lost only 1kg although my settings are for losing 2lbs a week. I stay within my calorie limit and eat up the calories when I exercise so that I maintain a deficit of 1000 calories.

Why is this so?Has it happened to anyone?
