Has anyone been to Thailand to do the bootcamps? Thinking of going next year!

I did this one a few years ago, not really for fitness or weight loss but as a circuit breaker of a stressful time I was going through. Klaus and Valerie, the owners, were lovely, and probably a bit more hands on with their visitors than other bootcamps. I did improve my fitness and experienced weight loss though.

Do you think its worth the money?

Palapon certainly was at the time, meals, all activities and accommodation were included. Don't know how much they charge now though as it looks like they have changed their model. If you wanted more than basic accommodation you would need to take the apartment option.

When I was there I chose to stay at a guest house not to far away and because it was an inclusive price I was able able to use the cabin accommodation during the day in-between activities.

What are you hoping to achieve?

    Interesting.

$900 or 1200/wk for 2wks for a camp bungalor/apt for the fitness program. Not bad. Is it as "nice" as it looks in the pics?
