Introducing myself!

Hello everyone! My name is Aimee and I am a 28 yr old mother of two. Never had a problem with my weight before until the past year. I became a college student, part time employee, and I had three children in my house (my husband's daughter was living with us). Life got very stressful and I turned to junk food. I would hit the snack machine on my way to class and grab a snickers or an energy drink. Well, this school year I will not be working and my husband's daughter has moved back in with her mom. Hopefully, with stress levels down and me eating right, I can drop the 20 lbs I gained last year. Ideal weight for my height is 30 lbs less than what I weigh now. That will be my ultimate goal, but in the meantime it would be nice to feel comfortable again. Look forward to sharing and getting advice from all of you.
