Hey everyone,
I'm Natalie, a 25 year old cheese lover from England (current living in oxford)
I started using my fitnesspal a couple weeks ago and have lost around 7lbs I started off at around 147lbs and aiming to get to 130lbs (or atleast loose inches as I know muscle could make me gain)
I determined stop eating meat too so dietary advice would be helpful!!
It would be great if anybody would like to give me tips and just have a general chit-chat
