Help

Ok so i have scales and i dont like it everytime i weigh myself itll be either up in weight or down again and bassicly not telling me weather im loose weight or not so i woundering weather i should carry on what im doing for a month or 2 and then weigh meself instead of every week?

    Are you weighing consistently at the same time every day? Wearing the same clothes (or preferably no clothes if you're in private)? Only weighing once a day max? Weighing on the same scale every time? Weight fluctuates so getting different results is normal.

    I weigh 1nce every week and same scale and i get that it gives diffrent weigh result but im 11.9 and the scale has never went below 11 stone ? Lol its constantly telling me im 11.7 or im 11.9 then the next week ill be 11.7 then the week after 11.9 it makes me feel like sh.it

    So stop weighing for awhile. Keep logging and tracking your food. Then let a month go by and weigh yourself on the same exact day in your cycle.
