I think macros very depending on your goals, your workouts and really just what works for you. For me, I'm trying to lose weight and not losing alot of muscle mass. So I'm at a 20-30% deficit. Macros are 55% protein 25% fat and 20% carbs. I don't do a huge amount of cardio, I like to lift. So I keep my protein high and my carbs low.1

If I'm setting up macros for a beginner, 30% protein, 30% fat, 40% carbs.
If you are obese would swap to 40% protein, and the other two 30%.
Manage NEAT
Lift 2-4x a week
Fix sleep and stress

I am new to this app and LOVING IT! ATM I am unable to do much exercise (actually very little) as I'm recovering from a broken ankle. Not sure of the best macros for me ie. how much protein, fat etc... to have each day. Any help or guidance would be appreciated.0
