21 day fix macros?

I'm thinking I want to give 21 day fix a try (I got the workouts from my friend). I don't have the little containers but I figure it doesn't really matter. I'm wondering if anyone knows what the macros would be for their diet plan?
My stats:
5'8
SW 215
CW 186
GW 145 (ish)

Any other advice or experience for this program?

    Ya I'm not quite sure how their nutrition plan works. I wanted to follow something close to it though so I wasn't sure if I should just stick with my normal calorie goal or if I should try to match their macro ratio.

    So the 21 day fix calorie range for your stats is 1500 to 1799 with the following servings:
    • 4 vegetable (each 1 cup or 8 oz)
    • 3 fruit (each 1 cup or 8 oz)
    • 4 protein (each 3/4 cup or 6 oz)
    • 3 carbs (each 1/2 cup or 4 oz)
    • 1 healthy fat (1/3 cup or 2.5ish oz)
    • 1 seeds and dressings (2 Tbsp or 1 oz)
    • 4 oil and nut butters (each 1 tsp)

    Exact macros? Who knows? Looking through the Beachbody threads, they say it's about 40% carbs, 30% protein, and 30% fat.

    Thanks @meganac69 that's exactly what I was looking for! My normal calorie goal is 1600 so I will stick with that and try to hit the protein etc levels that you described.
